Founding pricing is now set for the self-serve VALIS ladder. These prices map to concrete capabilities already enforced in the workspace today: bounded baselines, daily run quotas, target-size budgets, and prototype eligibility. Vibeengineer and Vibeforscher also carry future Android release entitlement when that client ships. Enterprise onboarding is being separated into its own domain surface instead of remaining a normal `.app` plan.
